Next up for the US Open champion is the Swiss Indoor event in Basel. The event is played on indoor hard courts and is worth 500 ATP points and almost 338,000 euros for the champion. The top eight seeds are Federer, Murray, Del Potro, Gasquet, Nishikori, Wawrinka, Mayer and Baghdatis. Meaning, if Djokovic wants to stay within grasp of being the ATP No.1 ranked player, he’ll have to hope Federer doesn’t do well. All the 25 players competing are in the ATP top 54, so we’ll definitely see some high quality tennis!
