The Paris Masters is the final ATP World Tour event that rewards the winner with 1000 ATP points. It’s also the last event before the Tour Finals in London, a final chance for players to qualify for the event at the o2 Arena. The Paris Masters (or you may know it as The Paris Indoor Event) is also known as BNP Paribas Masters, due to sponsership reasons.
The tournement starts on 24 October and concludes on 4 November.
Roger Federer won the event last year, beating Jo Wolfred-Tsonga in the final, the Swiss’ only success in this competition.
Rafael Nadal is down to take part but there is still fitness concerns over the Spanaird.
We’ll have more on the tournement as it gets closer!
